• Ensuring all content submitted to the Platform is truthful and non-misleading.

Where Vendors utilize services connected to the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or related communication technologies, Vendors must comply with all applicable Meta and WhatsApp policies, including but not limited to:
• WhatsApp Business Terms.
• WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
• WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
• Meta Platform Terms.
• Meta Developer Policies.
• Meta Technology Provider Requirements.

## 5. Prohibited Activities
Vendors shall not:
• Send unsolicited, unauthorized, or spam communications.
• Use purchased, scraped, rented, or harvested contact lists.
• Promote illegal products, services, or activities.
• Engage in phishing, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Distribute malware, harmful code, or malicious software.
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or interfere with security measures.
• Use the Platform for surveillance, unauthorized monitoring, or unlawful data collection.

## 7. Vendor Content
Vendors retain ownership of their content.
By submitting content to STUNDAA, you grant STUNDAA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content solely for operation and promotion of the Platform.
STUNDAA reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

## 8. Fees and Payments
Vendor fees, commissions, subscriptions, transaction charges, or service fees shall be disclosed separately through the Platform.
Vendors agree to:
• Pay all applicable fees.

## 12. Suspension and Enforcement
STUNDAA may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate Vendor access immediately if:
• The Vendor violates these Terms.
• The Vendor violates Meta or WhatsApp policies.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Customer complaints indicate material misconduct.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require action.
• Continued operation presents reputational, security, legal, or compliance risks.
No refund shall be required where termination results from Vendor misconduct.

## 13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
STUNDAA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
STUNDAA's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Vendor during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STUNDAA, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Data privacy violations.
• Intellectual property disputes.
• Violations of Meta, WhatsApp, or third-party platform policies.
